1. Parties
a) This Power Fertilizer Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between the owner of the website https://powerfertilizer.online, located at Cumhuriyet Nbrhd, Kazım Karabekir Street, No:53, Ulucak-Kemalpasa, Izmir, Turkey, Power Fertilizer (hereinafter referred to as "Power Fertilizer"), and the internet user who has registered as a member of the https://powerfertilizer.online website ("MEMBER").
2. Subject of the Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions for the MEMBER to benefit from and use the https://powerfertilizer.online website, which is owned by Power Fertilizer.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.6. The right to use the password provided by Power Fertilizer belongs solely to the MEMBER and may not be shared with third parties. The MEMBER bears all legal and criminal responsibility for the use of the password.
Power Fertilizer shall not be held responsible for unauthorized access to MEMBER data or for any damage to MEMBER software and data. The MEMBER agrees in advance not to claim any compensation from Power Fertilizer for any loss suffered due to use of the website.
3.8. The MEMBER agrees not to access or use other users' information or software without permission. Otherwise, the MEMBER assumes all legal and criminal responsibility.
3.9. The MEMBER who violates one or more clauses of this Agreement agrees to be liable for all resulting damages and to indemnify and hold Power Fertilizer harmless from all claims and lawsuits.
3.10.Power Fertilizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the MEMBER’s membership at any time and without liability, and to delete all related data, files, and documents.
3.11. All intellectual property rights related to the design, software, texts, and visual content of the https://powerfertilizer.online website belong to Power Fertilizer and may not be used without written permission.
3.12. In order to improve and develop the https://powerfertilizer.online website and/or under legal obligations, data such as the name of the internet service provider, IP address, date and time of access, visited pages, and referring website address may be collected.
3.13.Power Fertilizer has the right to contact the MEMBER for marketing, advertising, promotion, notification, and other purposes via mail, email, SMS, telephone, or other means using the contact information provided or updated by the MEMBER. Unless stated otherwise in writing, the MEMBER agrees to such communications.
3.14. The MEMBER agrees to receive information about product and service promotions, advertisements, campaigns, surveys, and other customer satisfaction practices related to the Power Fertilizer brand. The MEMBER allows the collection, use, and archiving of personal and transaction data by Power Fertilizer, even after membership ends, unless otherwise stated. The MEMBER agrees not to hold Power Fertilizer liable for any direct or indirect, material or moral damages arising from the collection, use, archiving, or access to such data.
3.15.Power Fertilizer may disclose the MEMBER’s personal information to third parties (a) if required by applicable law or regulations, (b) under the conditions outlined in clause 3.13, or (c) with the MEMBER’s consent.
3.16.Power Fertilizer takes reasonable measures to keep the website free of viruses and other malicious software. However, final responsibility for security lies with the MEMBER. By accessing the site, the MEMBER accepts responsibility for any damage to their own system.
3.17.Power Fertilizer reserves the right to change, discontinue, or remove any content, design, or services provided on the website at any time, and to delete user data stored on the site.
3.18.Power Fertilizer may update, modify, or cancel this Agreement at any time without prior notice. All changes take effect upon publication and are binding for all MEMBERS.
3.19.Power Fertilizer is authorized to send informational emails and SMS messages to the MEMBER. By accepting this Agreement, the MEMBER consents to receiving such communications. If the MEMBER wishes to opt out, they may contact Power Fertilizer Customer Service. The provisions of clause 3.13 remain in effect.
4. Termination of the Agreement: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving unilateral notice to the other party.
5. Duration: This Agreement remains in effect until the MEMBER cancels their membership or Power Fertilizer terminates it. In the event of any violation, Power Fertilizer may unilaterally terminate the membership.
6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices located at the company’s headquarters.
7. Effective Date
The MEMBER’s registration shall be deemed complete upon acceptance of all terms contained in this Agreement. This Agreement takes effect at the moment the MEMBER becomes registered.
